Let's face it, portrait sessions can sometimes feel intimidating. What are we going to wear? What if the kids are grumpy? What if that dreaded pimple comes back? What about my grey hair? What if my teenager never cracks a smile the whole session?
I get it. I'm there too. Life, business, families, and all the things, can feel like a mad rush.
That's why I believe so strongly in portrait sessions. The time goes fast, and these moments disappear before we know it. The face we see in the mirror, is not the same one we will see next year. The ones we love the most will constantly change, grow, and sometimes, fade.
We’re big believers that images aren’t meant to solely exist in a digital space. One day, most likely, Instagram will be gone, your phone will be replaced and images that you can physically hold in your hand will be the best way to remember those precious moments we captured.
Think about this fact: fifteen years ago, if we had delivered you digital images, they would have been on a floppy disk. With the fast updates to technology, you would have no way to access those images today. Even the online galleries we deliver will eventually fade away.
But prints? Those last. I bet your family still has images from your grandparents (maybe even great grandparents.) And that was likely from a time period when cameras were expensive and prints were harder to come by.
TO LIFE
"She truly puts you at ease, which is so important when capturing special moments."
"The whole process was simple and relaxed from beginning to end with reviewing the pictures and purchase."
"If you're looking for someone who combines professionalism, creativity, and a personal touch, she’s your person!"

QUESTIONS
What type of sessions do you offer?
What should I wear?
It depends! But usually solid colors work best. However, we will talk through in detail your outfits at your design consult before your session.
Do you offer hair and makeup?
I do! Although most of my clients prefer to come in their own makeup and hairstyle, if you'd prefer a professional I will happily connect you with an amazing team.
What is a raw portrait session?
A raw portrait session is a unique, unedited experience. This is for clients looking to reconnect with themselves without filters, professional hair or makeup, and no editing. My hope is that you arrive as you are, and leave remembering that is 100% enough.
